　　当前，新冠肺炎疫情在全球呈蔓延扩散态势。为阻止疫情跨国传播，苏州市对来自疫情较严重的国家和地区的旅客入境后采取检验检疫和防控举措。为了保障您和家人的身体健康，保护公众的生命安全，希望您积极配合我们在非常时期采取的特殊入境措施。

　　1.请您遵从工作人员引导，由江苏省涉外疫情防控上海工作组统一安排车辆至苏州昆山市花桥国际博览中心。期间，请您全程佩戴口罩并配合填写旅客信息表。抵达苏州昆山市花桥国际博览中心后，将由您所前往的目的地政府提供车辆接送服务。

　　2.抵达昆山市花桥国际博览中心后，请您稍作休整。期间，请您配合做好体温测量、健康申报等必要防疫措施。

　　3.抵达目的地后，请您严格遵守疫情防控的相关规定，配合政府要求做好隔离防控。拒不配合或故意隐瞒旅行史、相关病例接触史及病情情况，造成疫情扩散，危害公共安全的，将依法追究刑事责任。

　　4.致电苏州市公共服务热线电话12345，获取新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方通报和防治指引措施等信息。如需更多沟通，可登录www.isuzhou.cn并在首页提交相关问题。

　　A Letter to Suzhou-bound Travelers Entering China Via Shanghai

　　Dear Visitors:

　　Hello! Welcome to Suzhou.COVID-19 outbreak is spreading worldwide. To prevent cross-border transmission, Suzhou is taking prevention and control measures including health inspection of visitors coming from the hard-hit countries and regions. To protect the health of you and your family and safety of the general public, we hope to have your cooperation for the following entry measures during this special period.

　　1. Please follow the guide of our staff and take a vehicle designated by them to Huaqiao International Expo Center in Kunshan. Meanwhile, please wear a medical mask all the time and fill out the traveler information form. After your arrival at the expo center,the local government of your destination will arrange vehicles to take you to your destination.

　　2. While waiting at the expo center, please cooperate with the necessary infection prevention measures such as body temperature check, and declaring health conditions.

　　3. After arriving at your destination, please strictly abide by the regulations on epidemic prevention and control, and cooperate with government workers in medical observation and quarantine. Those who refuse to cooperate or deliberately conceal their travel history, contact with confirmed cases or their own infections shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law, provided they cause spread of the epidemic and endanger public safety.
