01快速生成随机文本

有时候我们会在Word中用一大段文字进行测试，或者要给别人演示Word中的一些操作步骤，电脑中的文档又不方便演示，我们会在电脑上胡乱输入一大段文字，这样语句既不通顺又会花一点时间，这时我们可以调用word中的函数，快速生成随机文本。

第一步：先将输入法切换到英文

第二步：在空白页中输入"=rand（）"，按回车，就会生成一大段文字。

如果对段落数和每一段中文字的句数有要求，还可以输入"=rand（x,y）"，按回车，x指段落数，y指每一段的句数。

02快速绘制分割线

输入三个"_"，按回车，出现直线，

输入三个"*" ，按回车，出现虚线，

输入三个"～"，按回车，出现波浪线，

输入三个"="，按回车，出现双直线，

输入三个"#"，按回车，出现中间加粗的三条直线。

03快速使整段文字上下移

同时按住"shift alt 向上的箭头"，段落文字上移，同时按住"shift alt 向下的箭头"，段落文字下移。

04其它快捷键

“shift F3”改变字母的大小写。
